·         In this screen new web users can create their user Name under the web account. When creating a new user, please keep the following in mind:

1.      Please select an Account User Name for this user.

3.      Please be sure to enter a valid e-mail address, as this is the address that WATCH will send any correspondence.

5.      Select the desired role for the user by clicking on the arrow to the right of the text.

7.      Click “submit” to create the user, or “CLEAR” to cancel.
